Columbia, Maryland | 2,515 square feet | Restaurant
Prototypical restaurant concept for multiple locations within a variety of building shells. A “kit” of elements allows for standards in each location while adapting to each site’s assets. Kit elements include: lighting, millwork, banquettes screens walls, kitchen view & pass slots, menu boards etc. The scheme focussed on providing simple, cost effective finishes that would convey a natural setting that harkens to the use of fresh ingredients. A simple versitile environment allowed the restaurant to be many types in one – morning coffee/breakfast stop, lunch café and atmospheric evening entrée bistro.
