The client’s goal was to create an inspiring, carefully designed environment to attract and retain staff in the otherwise high turnover call center industry. With a fast track schedule and a limited tenant fit out budget, the design team was tasked with creating a highly functional and pleasant work environment to appeal to the best employees and enhance their performance. The bright and cheerful interior elevates the experience of working in a call center with ample natural light, glass partitions, exposed steel structure, and an uninterrupted work space. The plan and flexible furniture layout included provisions for future growth, which has since been successfully implemented. Scope of work included full interior design and architectural services including concept design, construction documents, furniture selection, lighting design, FFE coordination, and Construction Administration.
